We sell live plants, seeds, gardening supplies, and accessories. Product images are for reference; actual product size, colour, and appearance may vary due to the natural nature of plants. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse service to anyone for valid reasons.
Prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. We accept secure online payments (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets and international methods where available). No Cash on Delivery (COD) is available. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
We offer domestic shipping across India and international shipping to selected countries. Most orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours. Delivery timelines vary by location, courier partner, and product type. Delays due to courier operations or customs clearance are beyond our control. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Live plants are natural products. Minor variations in size, colour, and appearance are normal. Transit stress may occur. Replacement is not provided for damage due to handling after delivery. Unbox plants immediately and follow care instructions. We are not responsible for delayed planting, incorrect care, or pest issues occurring after delivery.
For international customers, customs duties, taxes and import rules vary by country. The buyer is responsible for customs clearance and any duties. If a shipment is held, returned or rejected by customs, we cannot issue refunds for customs-related charges.
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Refunds are processed as per our Return & Refund Policy. Refunds may be declined where products are live plants damaged due to customer neglect, or if incorrect address/recipient unavailability caused delivery failure.
We strive for accuracy but errors can occur. Colours may vary by display, and plant growth descriptions are approximate. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
If you create an account you are responsible for maintaining confidentiality. Keep your account information accurate and notify us immediately of unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse.
