We aim to dispatch orders quickly and deliver healthy, well-packed products. Please read the details below for domestic (India) and international shipping. If you have a special courier request, inform us within 1 hour of ordering—we will try to accommodate it where possible.

Transit Time: 2–7 business days depending on destination and courier partner.
We cover all Indian pincodes. Please provide a correct delivery address, accurate PIN code, and a reachable phone number so the courier can contact you if needed.
We currently dispatch orders via trusted partners including Delhivery, DTDC, India Post, Amazon Logistics, and others. If you require a specific courier, let us know within 1 hour of placing the order and we will try to use your preferred partner.

Our default international partner is India Post International. We may also use other international couriers depending on destination and shipment requirements.
International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges levied by their country. Customs procedures and fees vary—please check local regulations before ordering. If a shipment is held, returned, or rejected by customs, we are not responsible for customs delays or charges.
Please ensure your shipping address, PIN code, and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for delivery failures or delays caused by incorrect address details or recipient unavailability. If the courier is unable to deliver, the shipment may be returned to us and additional charges may apply for re-shipment.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information (where available). Use the tracking details provided to monitor your shipment. If you do not receive tracking updates, contact us at support@gardenmithra.com.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to courier operations, customs clearance, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will communicate any known delays as soon as possible.
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us immediately with photos and your order number. For live plants and categories that require it, notify us within the timeframes specified in our Return & Refund Policy.
